There are no daytime Admin services on Saturdays or Sundays but please leave a message. We will endeavour to answer your message, up to 1 hr, before doors open if you leave a contact number.
We are unable to answer the phone after doors open for a performance.
Limited tickets are for sale at the door on the night.
Club Opening Hours:

Internet Booking: Please use the Bookings Tab on the homepage. There is a limit of eight (8) tickets per person per performance inside the Club regardless of the number of transactions. Please respect these conditions or ring the office to discuss your group booking. $2 per ticket Internet booking fee. If you have trouble with our website check that your browser has been recently upgraded. Our website is now mobile-user friendly.
New User Password Reset Function
When you enter your password incorrectly and are locked out of the system, you can now enter your username into the field provided and our Booking site will send a reset email to the address specified in your Settings. You will receive an email with a link that you need to click to reset your password.

E-blast Subscribing: If you subscribe you will receive approx 1 blast per week. Along with the week’s gigs our e-blast may include updated info, competitions or advertising. To Unsubscribe please scroll down to the bottom of the blast and click the Unsubscribe link.
Refunds & Exchanges: No Refunds. Our Refund & Exchange Policy can be seen on the main page under THE CLUB heading tab.

1 Annie St Kangaroo Point next to the Holman St Ferry stop. This is a shared car/pedestrian / bikeway so please drive in with caution. There is generally ample parking in the streets adjacent to the Club, however there may be other events occurring in the area in which case we cannot be held liable for lack of parking.
