BOOKING INFO ONLY – please return to the home page and choose Bookings & then the performance to choose your preferred seats from the map. Tickets  to all events are subject to the following terms and conditions of admission – please note our policy in regard to Refunds & Exchanges in the Club drop-down menu. 

Bookings:  are recommended for all shows. For instant confirmation of your booking, please use the easy and safe online booking system accessible from our website. If you have forgotten your password, you can email info@brisbanejazzclub.com.au and we will reset it for you. We do not have your personal password so you will need to choose a new password next time you log in.

Online Bookings: close 2hrs prior to doors opening.  Tickets can be purchased at the door subject to availability. All internet seat transactions incur a fee of $1 per ticket.

Seating: Tables are either 2 or 4 seaters with one table of 8.   Patrons can choose their preferred table from the seating map on our online site. A small number of unreserved seats or standing room may be available to ‘walk-in’ patrons  We recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment! Standing room at a discounted price can also be offered if all inside seating is sold-out.

Groups: Bookings for 8 or more will need to be made through the office. This booking incurs a $5 admin charge except for Members or vouchers.
Groups from 8-20 can be seated Under the Stars. Groups from 20 – 55 are seated under our Marquee. Please contact the office for further info.

All phone and email enquiries are answered within 24 – 48hrs. Bookings attract an additional $5 admin fee per booking except for Members or vouchers.

Voucher Validity: Raffle or Volunteer vouchers are not valid for Brunch, festivals and may not be valid for Special Events. Please check the show info before contacting the office. Maximum vouchers is 4 per person per show. Total number of vouchers we can allow is 8 vouchers per show.

Gift Certificates: may be purchased and used for any performance.

Concession: Cards must be presented otherwise full price admission will be charged.

Wheelchair bookings: Please contact the office to book in advance. We have two (2) tables available for wheelchairs, so advance booking is necessary to ensure availability.

Tickets: After booking,  confirmation &  print-at-home tickets will be emailed to you. E-tickets on mobile phones, are acceptable and can be presented at the box office door. If you cannot print your tickets out  we will have a record of your booking, but we will require ID.

Children / Under 18 / Students:    Children are welcome under the strict supervision of a parent

Admission prices :

  • Under 5 on the knee – free
  • All of our shows have Member / Member Concession / Non Member / Non Member Concession / U/18 prices (please see show for details)
  • Student / Concession cards (Members, Tertiary, Seniors, Carers, Concession) MUST be presented to FOH to avoid full admission price being charged.
  • Students under 18 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult and not left unattended in the Club due to liquor licensing requirements.
  • If you are bringing a pram or stroller please advise us in advance info@brisbanejazzclub.com.au
  • Brunch, Special Events and Festivals do attract a higher Entry price – please check on those individual gigs.

Exchanges: are possible to within 48hrs notice. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Refunds: No refunds are given on the night. Please see our Refund & Exchange Policy in the Club drop down menu.

Tickets: The system features print-at-home tickets or E-ticket facilities for mobile phones, which must be presented at the box office door on the night of the performance.

Liquor Licensing requirements: If you are not a financial member your information can be filled in on the ticket before arriving.

Catering: Our catering is supplied by Story Bridge Hotel chefs, and cooked on-site.

Outside area bookings:  Please note that the outside area shown on the online booking map is located on our large riverfront deck and only the back of the stage is visible. However you can watch the show on the TV screen located in the marquee and, the City views spectacular. Discounted tickets are available on the deck once all inside seats are sold. Notification will be put on the website and Facebook.  Please phone the office to book noting that our office hours do not include the weekends. We will endeavour to contact you in the 2hrs before doors open.  Or check FB or T for instant info.

Children / Students / Under 18’s: Children are welcome at the Jazz Club under the strict supervision of a parent.

Dress standard: ‘Smart Casual’ Club Management reserves the right to refuse entry to
patrons who are considered to be inappropriately dressed when visiting the BJC.

Yes,  you can bling it up, anytime.
• Men should wear long trousers, shirts, and covered-in shoes or sandals.
• Patrons wearing shorts, sports shoes, thongs or sandals will be refused entry.
• Sportswear, beachwear and work-wear are considered inappropriate clothing.
• Casual wear is acceptable for daytime performances
