Venue Hire
If you are interested in hiring the entire Club for a function during the day please fill out the form below and we will get in touch with you. THE HIRER WILL NEED TO BE A FINANCIAL MEMBER OF THE BRISBANE JAZZ CLUB. Application forms are available at the Club or online.
Venue Hire is not available on Club nights: every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, nor the 1st Thursday or last Sunday of each month.
You may hire the venue on the weekend but functions must finish by 3.30pm in order for the Club prepare for opening that night.
The Story Bridge Hotel will need to be contacted for catering via jwalker@storybridgehotel.com.au
Due to major planning and renovations due to start in June 2012, we are unable to hire out the Club for any weddings or engagement parties. Other applications for venue hire will be considered by the Committee on their merits.
Venue hire only Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays must finish by 3.30pm. Excepting Thursdays which may run till later depending upon club performance schedules.
