Please be patient when trying to contact us – as a not-for-profit community club we have limited staffing resources. Our office is only attended on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday each week from 9.00am – 3.00pm and not at all on Saturday and Sunday. If our staff are busy your phone call will go to our automated system so urgent or important communication is best by email. It may take us up to 48 hours to respond to messages. During performances we may be unable to answer phone calls until 90 minutes after doors open. Please leave a short clear phone message with your name and contact number only.
